At Smiling Up The World (SUTW) Impact Consulting, we believe that it is about the right race, and not the rat race. In a world where individuals have become pigeon-holed into narrow definitions of success, and do-ing revered over thoughtful be-ing, we aim to restore each person to their place of true calling where they can best flourish.

Drawing on established cognitive psychology, leadership and communication frameworks, SUTW’s goal is to journey alongside young adults as they take a comprehensive look at their Strengths, Inner Motivations, Personal Values Index, Areas of Interest, and align it with their career and educational choices.

Through targeted coaching, training and mentoring designed at uncovering the roots of identity and success, we hope to unleash a generation of young adults set to change the world by first understanding who they are, what they are uniquely positioned to do, and to do it.

 

Our specialty is in communications and leadership coaching, values-centred visioning, and brand storytelling.
